Former Residence Projects Started in Yao Minority County

It was learned that the reconstruction work on two provincial key historic preservation units- General Li Tao’s former residence and Song Yuhe’s former residence were officially started in Yao minority county, Rucheng county, Chenzhou city on November 23, 2012.

 

As it was reported, the projects gained 5.60 million yuan investment, which would be mainly used for the reconstruction of Litao’s former residence, ancestral hall and Song Yuhe’s former residence, and on the new construction of General Li Tao’s bronze statue, showroom, memorial square, etc. According to the time schedule, the projects were started in the middle of this November and their first phase projects would be finished in this December. With these projects, the valuable revolution historic heritage can be effectively protected and developed to promote the red tourism resources of Yao Minority County.
