Recently, Deputy Director of China Central Television- Gao Feng took an cultural construction investigation trip to Suxian district, Chenzhou city. On the visit of Suxianling, new eastern district, Xihe Beach Park, Feitian Moutain, etc., Gao pointed out many good suggestions on the improvement of the areas’ ecological culture construction. Gao stated that it was characteristic for Suxian district’s ecological culture and it was significant to fabricate some plays and cartoons by exploring Taoism culture and immortal culture there.

In recent years, Suxian district government tried best efforts to establish Hunan provincial ecological culture demonstration area. A special ecological picture planning with beautiful mountains, lakes and rivers was figured out by Suxian district, which highly promoted more funds amounted to 500 million yuan to be invested on greening projects. All those measures enabled Suxian district’s forest coverage rate to be upgraded to 71% and greening coverage rate to be 76%. Furthermore, more ecological investment was paid on the project construction.

At the meantime, Suxian district planned to fabricate a cartoon named“Suxian legend”to hand down Hunan intangible cultural heritage “Suxian legend” to the new generation, which would greatly improve the cultural level of Suxian district nationwide. “Feitian – Suxian interanal cultural innovative park” was listed in the plan as well to forge the new cultural name card of Suxian district.
