A shorthand for Xiang Lili’s investigation on Xianling hot spring project

The background

Xianling hot spring was about 3kms from Chenzhou west station of high speed rail. It was undiscovered for years though it was with much more advantages compared with many hot springs operated nationwide. Local people just used it as a common bathing pool. To build “China’s hot spring city”was launched in Chenzhou city last year, which improved the development of Xianling hot spring accordingly.

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and group leader of hot spring industry development leadership took his trip to Xianling hot spring project on July 2, 2013 after he stepped out of Chenzhou high speed rail station.

When Xiang arrived at Dengjiazu where the location of Xianling hot spring project was, some villagers were gathered to discuss the project in front of the propaganda signboard of the project. It was introduced that some enterprises planned to place the investment on this project to forge a comprehensive hot spring resort.

Xiang walked on the country roads to get full impression and understanding of the landforms’ features of the project. Xiang was impressed with the gorgeous environment condition there and commented with such good environment and location condition, it was no doubt to forge a great hot spring project. He also emphasized, the key points concerned for the success of the project were project designer, planner and investor.

When walked in a well-protected ancient road connecting with 107 national road, Xiang Lili required that: “this ancient road should be protected on the process of development construction, so tourists can enjoy the original ecological culture here.”

A simple on-site working conference was held there. Xiang stated that it was a good project for the Xianling hot spring which was with unique environmental resources, location advantages, and hot spring resources. “High speed rail hot spring” was complete new concept for this project. All the relative departments should try their best to support the further development of this project. Upgrading planning, design, and infrastructure construction should be carried out with new concepts of hot spring.

“It should be improved as the first level “high speed rail hot spring” in China with great efforts.”- Xiang finally stressed.
