The day of opening ceremony for 2013 China Chenzhou international leisure tourism and culture festival was closing. All the staffs who were in charge of this opening ceremony were busy in the final preparation work.

Baoshan Park was the main venue for this festival. When reporters arrived there in the early morning on September 13, 2013, some ground landscapes and facilities were on the final setting process, while decoration issues concerned for copper coin square and Baoshan museum were almost ready. The construct of stage was on the final step as well. Some staffs were working on the set up and decoration of stage’s special effects and the final test of seats.

It was learned from the organizer that because the site of opening ceremony was special from ordinary ones, which was located on the bottom of open stope of of Baoshan mine, it was much harder for them to handle it. It was purposely to present a unique opening ceremony to the audience with mining features.

According to the time schedule, the lighting and audio effect would be handled out in the morning of September 14, 2013. Some actors would take rehearsal afterwards.
