The site of cooking contest
Pepper and herbs simmer pig from Anren county, blessing geese from Yizhang, fish pot and eel from Zixing city, rice bacon from Rucheng county, Linwu duck and beef meatballs from Linwu county, spicy chicken from Guiyang county, Linyun tofu from Jiahe, chicken from Yongxing county, and many different kinds of folk dishes were gathered to attend the 3rd Folk Dish Cooking Contest of Chenzhou City. The contest started in the morning of September 17, 2013 in Guiyang Cultural Park.
More than 70 famous chefs from counties of Chenzhou city would present more than 100 folk dishes in this contest.
The tourists could enjoy the fresh dishes during this contest. All of them could not help stopping praising such delicious dishes after tasting them.
“Top ten Chenzhou chefs”, “Chenzhou famous folk dishes” , and “Chenzhou special folk sishes”would be selected from the contest by the judge of professional national level experts on the basis of international and national cooking contests’ standards.
