2013 Hunan First Mountainous Outdoor Sports Meeting

The first arrival- Loudi team

2013 First China Mine Cliffs Outdoor Tent Music Festival (2013 Hunan First Mountainous Outdoor Sports Meeting) was held in Guiyang Baoshan Mine Park in Chenzhou city on September 17, 2013. 76 contestants from 19 teams of Chenzhou city, Loudi city, Hengyang city, etc. took part in this activity. 63-year-old edged contestant and 16-year-old teenager were available in the teams. Xu Jianglei, Zhang Xiaofan and Lin Xi who were the mountain climbing members of Hunan province successfully stepped on top of Mt Jolmo Lungma were invited to attend this activity.

Two main activities- 2013 First China Mine Cliffs Outdoor Tent Music Festival and 2013 Hunan First Mountainous Outdoor Sports Meeting and five relative series activities as photo show, hiking, tug-of-war, fun games , etc. were included in this activity. It was purposely to show the achievements of Guiyang county economy development, propaganda the tourism resources of Guiyang county especially the unique mining tourism, and promote Guiyang county’s national and international fame by holding such kind of activity. 

2013 Hunan First Mountainous Outdoor Sports Meeting started at 12:40 in the afternoon of September 17, 2013. All the contestants should pass 10kms trip and 4 steps as 10kg loading running, constraint rest, rock climbing, and final spurt in coin square to win this meeting.

Finally, one team from Loudi city won the champion. It was introduced by its team leader- Xie Lichao that the average age of its team was about 21-year-old. All of them enjoyed this kind of outdoor activity well and sincerely hope can have the chance to come to Guiyang county again.

Five series activities of this festival were held at night.
