It was reported that Chenzhou Passenger Transportation Management Service Center was inaugurated on June 12, 2014. It was purposely to renovate and regulate the Chenzhou city’s passenger transportation market and grant the passengers with a safe, high quality and efficient service.

It was learned that the newly established Chenzhou Passenger Transportation Management Service Center was operated by Chenzhou Traffic Police Detachment, Chenzhou Transportation Management Office and Chenzhou Tourism Bureau. The first two departments were in charge of hitting the illegal operation vehicles without qualified tourism transportation license, while Chenzhou Tourism Bureau was in charge of punishing the travel agencies which used the illegal operation vehicles.

Currently, 151 tourism vehicles operated by three qualified companies as Tianying Tourism Transportation Branch of Chenzhou Automobile Group, Hailong Tourism Transportation Company and Carnival Tourism Transportation Company were integrated by the center with unified management, scheduling, pricing and financial settlement.
