It was reported that 2014 China Chenzhou International ( Hot Spring) Leisure Tourism Festival (short for tourism festival) would be opened on this November 8 in Reshui Hot Spring of Rucheng county. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted an on-site working conference for the tourism festival and laid out working plan for relative departments. Xiang required that all departments should try best to support the tourism festival and promote it to be a special and effective tourism grand meeting.

Focusing on the tourism festival, Rucheng county kept the key point of “one downtown, one town (Reshui town) and one circle (“Xiarong expressway- Jiyi- Reshui- Sanjiangkou- Daping- downtown) ” and confirmed 67 key projects with 34.1billion yuan investment. 51 of them were for the tourism festival, 21 of which need to be finished before the festival.

Xiang led the principals of relative departments visited some projects as Junlian International Hotel, tourism and culture industrial park of Rucheng county, Dragon King Temple Wetland Park, Tuqiao village’s overall governance of urban and rural areas, and etc. They learned detailed progress of all projects on their investigation trip. Xiang said Rucheng county should seize the chance of holding the tourism festival to promote the upgrading of its tourism industry; should truly support the projects and help to accelerate their project to ensure the project to be placed to operation before the tourism festival.

The principals of relative departments presented their solutions on the narrow neck problems concerned for the transportation development of Chenzhou great tourism circle. After listening to the working reports of different departments, Xiang Lili highly affirmed the progresses achieved by Rucheng county by holding the tourism festival. He stated that it was a opening up project to promote local projects construction with some theme festivals, so all relative departments should keep freeing their minds to handle the tourism festival issues and should unify the awareness of all cadres and masses to promote the comprehensive development of Rucheng county’s society and economy.

Xiang also stated that Rucheng county should accelerate the development of its modern service industry which led by hot spring tourism. With the transportation advantages of “high altitude, high speed train and expressway”, Rucheng county should focus on the brands of “five-fitness” on culture, hot spring, climate, ecology and education to promote its tourism industry and improve some symbolic projects as “hot spring city of China”.

Xiang also required that further improvement of the construction of “hot spring city of China” should be promoted along with the tourism festival as well. All departments should try their best to support the tourism festival projects construction and ensure it to be carried out successfully. It was aimed to be turned out to be a special and effective tourism grand meeting.
