It was learned from the headquarters of Liuxian lake ecological treatment and Xihe Waterfront Park project that 3 sections of project- Fushi Avenue and Xihe Pingtian landscape bridge were finished in last September; rebar and concrete gate dame of Liuxian lake ecological treatment project has been completed, and 3.8kms new river walls were finished as well, accounting for 90% of the whole project; Xihe Waterfront Park was on the process of handling greening work and one of the four planned squares has been finished. It was introduced that 251million yuan investment was placed on Liuxian lake ecological treatment and Xihe Waterfront Park project and it was estimated to be finished in 2015. A new Liuxian lake landscape is about to be shown to the public.

Liuxian lake ecological treatment and Xihe Waterfront Park is located in the banks of Xihe river of Pingtian village, Bailutang town of Chenzhou Export Processing Zone. Fushi Avenue move towards east-west and connect with Chenzi road and Qingnian Avenue by crossing Xihe river with Pingtian landscape bridge. In the west side of the bridge is the famous Liuxianling.

According to the data, the new Liuxian lake landscape covers 479mu water surface area. Comprehensive greening work would be handled out for 3.8kms long river walls along with the construction of 4 squares. Once the project finished, Pingtian section of Xihe river would grant a charming image with a landscape of lake and mountain for the public. It was introduced by the staff of Chenzhou Export Processing Zone, currently the zone is taking active actions on investment attraction which is aimed to forge the landscape to be a famous wedding celebration studio of Chenzhou city.
