It was reported that 2015 Hunan Guiyang- China Rally Championship will be held in Guiyang county from May 31- June 2, 2015. Li Ting- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation team to check the racking tracks of this championship and allocated relative work on May 18, 2015.

It was learned that Fangyuan racing track and Taihe Heye racing track have been confirmed as the two racing sections of this championship. Fangyuan racing track is 21.5kms long and it will used for 4 times bidirectionally. Taihe Heye racing track is 13.6kms long and it will be used for 5 times bidirectionally. Both two racing sections are paved with concrete pavement. Currently, the cleaning and maintenance work for both racing tracks have been finished. During the championship, 1 meter high and 1m wide sandbags would be placed on some drains, water reservoirs, and etc. along the racing tracks to ensure the safety of the championship. 77 racing autos from 30 motorcades would attend this championship, including Han Han and some other famous racing drivers. The racing sections would be closed during the championship and the schools would take a holiday as well. The security and protection work for the racing tracks were divided into four levels. Currently, relative training and preparation work were being promoted fluently.

Li Ting stated on the scheduling meeting that the organization committee of the championship should take active actions to handle organization and propaganda work and create rich event atmosphere for the championship; should ensure the safety of foods, firefighting, and personnel; and should protect the safety of personnel and property of the villagers along the racking tracks. All of those were purposely to ensure the championship to be handled out successfully.
