It was learned from Guiyang Forestry Bureau that Hunan Guiyang Chongling National Wetland Park Authority was approved by Chenzhou Organization Commission Office and Guiyang Organization Commission Office, which indicated that the pilot construction of Chonglingjiang National Wetland Park was being proceeded to the substantial operation.

It was learned that the submission work for Guiyang Chonglingjiang National Wetland Park was started in 2013. In order to ensure the establishment of Chongling National Wetland Park to be handled out successfully, Guiyang county set up a special leader group and placed 2.6million yuan to entrust Hunan Agriculture and Forestry Industry Prospective Design Institute to figure out “general plan for Hunan Chongling National Wetland Park”(first draft) which was past Hunan provincial preliminary assessment handled by Hunan Provincial Forestry Department successfully.

Guiyang county invited the experts of Hunan Agriculture and Forestry Industry Prospective Design Institute to carry out 15-day 8 special field studies and resource collections in Chongling wetland park. Some professional photographers were hired to take pictures for the sceneries of Chongling wetland park as well. In December, 2013, it was approved by the State Forestry Bureau to carry out the pilot work on Chonglingjiang national wetland park.
