2015 China (Chenzhou) “City in the Forest, Leisure City” International Leisure Tourism and Culture Festival will be opened in Chenzhou city soon. Currently, all the preparation work is being handled out fluently. A working scheduling conference was held in Chenzhou city to fully dispatch the scheduling and deployment of the preparation. Zhang Xihui- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Propaganda Department hosted the scheduling conference.

According to the time schedule, the tourism festival will be opened in Feitianshan landscape of Suxian district on Oct. 28, 2015. Besides “Flying- Suxian”large-scale live-action performance on the opening day, series activities would be carried out for the festival, such as Feitianshan family cycling race, 2015 international “family leisure tourism”internet forum, “trip to beautiful Xihe river of Chenzhou” large-scale calligraphy and photograph exhibition & tourism collection activity. After the opening ceremony, the selection performance of 7th Chenzhou Art Festival, the 5th Hunan-Guangdong Ancient Horse Rail Hiking, Chenzhou Crafts Exhibition, and other activities would be held there as well.

Some supporting activities followed the theme of this festival would be held in other counties and districts of Chenzhou city as well, such as the 4th China Chenzhou Feitianshan “100-Li Danxia” hiking and adventure race & national camping event of Suxian district, mountainous-outdoor sports of Rucheng county, Zixing Emperor Yan cultural tourism festival, navel orange festival of Yizhang county, tent festival of Anren county, tourism culture festival & the 5th folk song festival of Jiahe county, and etc.

Zhang Xihui required that all departments should pay great attention on it and specify the working target. The tourism festival is purposely to promote the integration of culture, tourism and sports; improve the upgrading and reconstruction of tourism infrastructures; promote the development of new tourism products; and upgrade Chenzhou city’s fame and influence. All work should be carried out with high level plan and followed with specified working policy to ensure the festival to be a festival with high level and high quality, but without accident and complaints. All departments should well perform their duties to ensure the festival to be carried out successfully.
