It was reported that Li Ting- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation team to check the preparation work of 2015 Tour of China ( Chenzhou-Zixing section).

The team started the investigation trip from the main gate of Chenzhou Sports Center and checked the details of road condition, sanitary condition, event route, security arrangement, and etc. During this 2-hour trip, the team members got off the cars to check details on site and presented deployment and comment on the basis of stations of racing track, controlled scope, main crosses, and etc.

On the preparation conference, all relative departments delivered their reports on the preparation work and progress. Li Ting highly affirmed their work and required that all departments should coordinate with each other and undertake their responsibilities to ensure all the preparation work to be promoted well.
Li emphasized that the urban management departments should enhance its environment treatment along the racing tracks and check details to ensure the tidy and clean condition of the racing tracks; the traffic police departments should figure out relative traffic control solution scientifically to grant the race with clear traffic condition; and the police should figure out the security solution to ensure the safety of the race. Furthermore, Chenzhou Media Group should well prepare the opening and closing ceremony by combing with the tourism features of Chenzhou city to present a Chenzhou feature international race to the world.
