The 6th Tour of China Chenzhou- Dongjiang Lake stop was started in the morning of October 15, 2015. After 3-hour intense competition, Matia who was from AMORE & VITA TEAM- UKR won the champion of this stop.

The opening ceremony was held in Chenzhou Sports Center at 10:00am at that day. Chen Xiaochun- Deputy Secretary-general of Hunan Government, Li Shun- Director of Hunan Sports Bureau, and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the ceremony. After hearing the shot fired by Qu Hai, 124 players rushed out from the starting point and rode to the destination of Zixing Dongjiang Cultural Square via Chenyong Avenue, Ziwu road, Zixing urban area, S322, Baigong road,and ring road of Dongjiang lake. It was introduced that this section was known as “queen section” of the second stage of this tour. Compared with ordinary “queen section”, this one is more challengeable. After passing the sprint set on 34.4kms point, the players need to pass the 5.3kms long climbing section. Many curves were available on this trip, so all players faced much more rigorous tests. After over 3 hours riding, Matia who was from AMORE & VITA TEAM- UKR won the champion of this stop, while Yurci from the Netherlands and Nicholas from Italy won the second and third place respectively. Wang Meiying who gained the best score of Chinese team was granted with a white champion shirt marked “best of China” by China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Qu Hai stated in the opening ceremony that Chenzhou city focused on the target of establishment of famous mountainous sports & leisure-tourism city to improve its construction of sports city and sports industry. “Tour of China” was held in Chenzhou city for 2 consecutive years, which highly indicated the athletics beauty of cycling sports and ecological beauty of Chenzhou city. At the meantime, Qu expressed his hope to popularize Chenzhou city nationwide and worldwide and improve the construction of famous mountainous sports & leisure-tourism city by holding this event. An honored cycling tour was held after the opening ceremony, Qu rode the bike to advocate the green travel concept to the masses by joining in this tour.
