“Running in landscape, enjoying landscape in running” . 2015 China Feitian Mountain “50-km-Danxia Landform” 4th Cross-mountain Challenge which was co-sponsored by Chinese Mountaineering Association, Hunan Sports Bureau and Chenzhou Government was officially launched on October 20, 2015. The challenge will be held on Feitian National Geological Park from October 28-29, 2015.

It was introduced that 2015 China Feitian Mountain “50-km-Danxia Landform” 4th Cross-mountain Challenge is a mountaineering match with the features of outdoor mountaineering challenge and personal style. On this 50kms long challenge trip, all players can enjoy the sceneries of clear water, Danxia mountain, inscriptions on precipices, suspending coffin, and virgin forest. Cross-mountain race, rock climbing, 70-meter rock dropping, rubber dinghy, and some other items are consisted for this event. All the special features mentioned above improved this event to be an exclusive match with the features of outdoor mountaineering.

Lockup time, supply depots, rest stops, medical stations, public registration stations and secret registration stations are set for this match. No mandatory section is set during the challenge except the lockup time. The players can take rest at any time. The player who finishes the challenge with shortest time can win it. But if the playing time of whole match is longer than the specified time, the performance of the player would be invalid.

It was learned that men’s and women’s professional group and experience group were set for the challenge. People can search the website of Chinese Mountaineering Association, Chinese Outdoor Net, Hunan Sports Bureau, Chenzhou Mountaineering Association, and some clubs to download relative registration forms and register online.
