It was reported that Chen Shezhao, Chairman of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC visited Xianling Lake of Shigaitang town, Beihu district to check its construction work for Tongtu International Auto Camp & Chenzhou Self-driving Travel Terminal.
According to Chenzhou city’s strategic targets of establishing “hot spring county of China” and forging “landscape city”, Beihu district launched the construction of general plan of Xianling Hot Spring Culture Park which is aimed to be established as a theme hot spring culture park based on unique features of Xianling Hot Sping, Xianling Lake and Qiling Mountain and with the functions of fitness, vacation, entertainment, sightseeing, special catering, and ecological sports.

Tongtu International Auto Camp is located on the bank of Xianling Lake where surrounded by water on three sides and covered with green trees. It is about 12-minute drive from central urban area, near Chenzhou South exit of Xiarong expressway, and 5-km away from exit of Jingzhu expressway and high-speed train station. Many arterial roads are available to lead there, which enables it to be very convenient to be there. Self-driving visitors and limo tourists are the key guests for the camp which is a comprehensive service system of tourism with the functions of replenishment of self-driving cars, catering & accommodation, and leisure & entertainment. Once finished, it would be greatly helpful to enrich Chenzhou and surrounding cities people’s leisure life. Furthermore, it would help to provide a new auto life service center to tourists and upgrade Chenzhou city’s level.

Chen Shezhao visited the construction site and checked its progress. She stated that it well met the demands of modern tourism trend and Chenzhou city’s development; and it should solve problems, specify its development direction and seize the development chance. Planning and land resources departments should serve for the project to promote it to be fulfilled sooner.
