In following two years, Chenzhou city would try best to be the first demonstration city of meeting air quality standards of Hunan province. 311 days are with superior quality in the end of 2016, while 320 days in the end of 2017.

In order to meet all the targets, Chenzhou city launched the work on establishing model city of meeting air quality standards, including 10 projects as pollution control of industrial gas, ash control, cooking fume control, fireworks control, and etc.

Concerned for the cooking fume control, a 3-year plan was being carried out in Chenzhou city. Till the end of 2015, 2186 restaurants have finished the control work. Chenzhou Environment Protection Bureau would keep handling the plan and try to fulfill the whole coverage of the control plan.

In the meantime, the registration of yellow-tag vehicles would be further heightened, which aimed to control it from the very first beginning. Furthermore, stricter regulations would be placed on the yellow-tag vehicles. Currently, 7million yuan has been placed by Chenzhou Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. on the construction of emission inspection lines. It was estimated to be placed to operation in this July.

Some new measures were applied to Internet setting, issuing of inspection information, and other points concerned for the air quality. Besides 5 national level monitoring stations set on the central urban areas, each county and district was set with one monitoring station. From this April, the ranking list of air quality for the whole city would be released on the media publicly and the real time data of central urban area would be released on the weather forecast every day.
