It was reported that two stations of Xihe River Water Ecology Scenic Belt were opened to public On July 14, 2016, which would help to provide better services for local people and visitors.

Xifengdu Station and Nanwangmiao Station which are located in the south and north ends of Xihe River Water Ecology Scenic Belt are two windows of Suxian district for showing its rural tourism image to the world. Suxian District Party Committee and Suxian Government followed the way of market-oriented operation and entrusted Chenzhou Jinduo Co., Ltd. to operate the businesses comprehensively, which was aimed to well play the leading role of stations, combine the sceneries of Xihe river together, improve rural tourism industry, and upgrade popular tourism of the district.

These two stations serves as convenience stations as well as rural tourism station, which are capable to provide parking, reading, medical assistance, guidance of rural tourism, catering, bicycle renting, and etc. for people. Special agricultural products stand is also set there that visitors can buy some local pollution free products. In the meantime, local culture sceneries were well explored there, which helped to shape the tourism and consumption model with catering, travel, and shopping functions and increase local people's income as well. Furthermore, the district planned to transfer thousands of lands to establish a chrysanthemum park in Xihe river area, which can well match the 10,000mu oil tea forest of Wantang village, improve local ecological agriculture and leisure scenery tourism, and upgrade rural tourism economy.
