On December 2, 2016, when reporters arrived at the construction site of special tourism road of Wanyang Xiangsi Meadowmount in Qiuli Village, Oujiang Town, Guidong County, the workers were working hard on operating the grinding machines. 

Wanyang mountain chain is located in the cross border of Oujiang Town and Qiaotou Town, Guidong County. There is 100,000mu meadowmount in the chain area about 1300meters-1870meters altitude. Due to the special geological features of the mountain chain, China Huaneng placed 800million yuan on building “Huaneng Wind Power Station” there in 2014.

Endless grass view, cloud sea, rosy clouds, and the wind turbine generators shape a unique landscape there, which attract many visitors there to enjoy their leisure time.

But the hasty road which is facilitated to deliver the devices of the station is rough. In order to well develop this treasurable tourism destination, Guidong County launched a project for the construction of special tourism road to this area on November 1, 2016.

This 14kms long road is from Hankou Village, Oujiang Town and ends at “China Huaneng” transformer substation. It is paved with asphalt on the 6meters wide effective road surface. This 18million yuan budget invested project is estimated to be placed to operation in next August.
