On March 22, on the site of clean water activities of "Implementing the river chief system · beautiful Mount Feitianshan" in Suxian District, a volunteer who were cleaning the garbage on the river bank, told to the author.

To commemorate the 25th "World Water Day" and the 30th "China Water Week", at that day, Suxian District organized more than 200 environmental volunteers to carry out the volunteer clean water activities of "Implementing the river chief system · beautiful Mount Feitianshan" with the "Implementing the concept of green development, full implementing the river chief system" as a propaganda theme in the National Geological Park and National 4A Mount Feitianshan Scenic Spot.

At the activities scene, volunteers wearing blue T-shirts acted in groups. They braved the rain, holding the red bags in one hand and the pliers in another hand, and picked up the garbage along the Feitianshan River. The river bank was flowing with a blue "landscape". In the river center, there were two salvaged boats for salvaging operations. The volunteer clean water activities will last for a week.

In recent years, Suxian District has attached great importance to regional water ecological environment protection and has adhered to the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing", to create the "Two-oriented society". The district in accordance with local conditions, has implemented the principals of one policy for one river and one policy for one lake, has concentrated on solving the outstanding issues of rivers and lakes management and protection, has established the responsibility system taking the leadership of the party and government as the core, has cleared the responsibility of the river chiefs at all levels, and has established and improved the supervision and accountability system of rivers and lakes management and protection. At the same time, Suxian District also has put the volunteer service into the construction of water ecological civilization, and has led the public to carry out the series of actions of "green mountains, clear water, blue sky, pure land".
