Gaotanling is one of the natural villages of Erdushui Village, Liangtian Town, Suxian District. Three groups as top, middle and low Gaotanling are divided by the village which is located in the southwest of Liangtian Town. There are 500 villagers, most of whom are surnamed as Chen, Huang, and Liao.

This beautiful village is still not known to the public. Besides wonderful legends which are handed down over the beautiful village, an amazing “Mountain Buddha” is laying there.

When reporters arrived at the village, the farmers just finished the harvest of autumn. Brick houses, beautiful wild flowers and the newly-cut stacks of rice straw are decorated among green mountains, blue sky, and clear water of the village, all of which enable the village to be more elegant. Staying in this quite village, reporters are not delightful to come back to the busy city.
