At 15:00 p.m. on August 19, Chenzhou Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau convened the coordination meeting of the first Korean tour group in Chenzhou. The participants were the heads of travel agencies, scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, shopping shops, tourist automobile companies and other related units. At the meeting, the participants actively offered suggestions and expressed their full support for the work.

At the meeting, Wu Qilong, Director-General of Chenzhou Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau, made a speech. He pointed out that Chenzhou City has rich tourism resources, attracting Korean tourists. Relevant units should take this opportunity to promote and improve the structure of Chenzhou's inbound tourist market.

First, we should attach great importance to and do a good job in the service work. For the first Korean delegation, all participating units should pay great attention to it and do a good job in the reception service work in advance.

Secondly, we should coordinate and prepare carefully. The Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports should take the lead in coordinating and managing the situation, eliminate the phenomenon of cheating and slaughtering customers, and ensure the personal and property safety of Korean tourists in Chenzhou while providing good tourism reception services.

Third, we should arrange reasonably and pay attention to practical results so that Korean tourists can experience the enthusiasm of Chenzhou people, feel Chenzhou, understand Chenzhou, and expand the influence of Chenzhou tourism in Korea through word-of-mouth publicity.
