Recently, the 3rd Yongxing County Poverty Alleviation and Agricultural Assistance E-commerce Festival and Yongxing Ice Cream Sweet Potato Listing Conference were held. At the press conference, the Yongxing County People's Government and Baishi Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement to help farmers alleviate poverty on the spot.

During this event, Baishi Group, relying on its own logistics network and the advantages of intelligent supply chain, has integrated Yongxing ice-cream sweet potato into the support project of "Agricultural Excellence Plan", and created a one-stop fresh logistics solution from packaging, warehousing, transportation, distribution and other aspects to build a green logistics channel for growers. Baishi Express also reduced the logistics cost of farmers by courier freight concessions, helped more than 1 million kilograms of sweet potatoes to travel in the mountains, and promoted Yongxing ice-cream sweet potatoes to take the "e-commerce express" to the whole country.

In 2016, Yongxing County successfully planted more than 200 mu of ice-cream sweet potatoes. In 2018, Yongxing County docked with the wholesale markets and supermarkets of coastal cities, big cities through the online platforms of Tianmao, Taobao, Pingduoduo and Alibaba,. After more than two months' efforts, it realized sales of more than 4 million yuan, directly and indirectly helping more than 20 farmers to increase their income by more than 10,000 yuan. By 2019, the county's planting area has reached more than 2,000 mu, with 16 large households growing more than 50 mu, directly driving nearly 20 poor households out of poverty.
