In recent years, the cultural and tourism industry in Chenzhou has developed very well, but there are still some shortcomings, such as scattered distribution of scenic spots, weak brand effect, insufficient tourism supporting facilities, limited capacity of staying guests, and insufficient marketing and promotion of tourism products. During this year's Two Sessions, Kuang Kongjun, member of the Municipal CPPCC Committee and Deputy Director of Linwu County Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports, submitted the proposal on speeding up the construction of "Chenzhou Smart Tourism" integrated service platform, aiming at "Smart Tourism" and based on Chenzhou's local conditions, put forward effective suggestions to attract multi-party attention and become one of the hot spots.
Kuang Kongjun believed that in order to promote the development of Chenzhou culture and tourism industry and better serve the economic and social development of Chenzhou, it is necessary to build a "Chenzhou Smart Tourism" app platform of "tourism + Internet", which is based on the advantageous culture and tourism resources of 11 counties (cities and districts) and integrates the functions of "platform + service + application", with the help of big data and Internet to effectively promote the deep integration of cultural and tourism elements, promote information symmetry, create effective supply, extend the industrial chain, improve the accuracy of products and services, meet the personalized needs of service objects, promote the supply side structural reform of tourism industry, adhere to the global tourism development mode, and improve the competitiveness of our city's cultural and tourism industry.
To build the integrated service platform of "Chenzhou Smart Tourism", it needs the cooperation of multiple departments. On this point, Kuang Kongjun also gave his own suggestions. He said that the relevant functional departments at the municipal level could take the lead in the preparation of the "Chenzhou Smart Tourism" app platform, establish and improve the long-term management and protection mechanism composed of the cultural tourism and relevant departments at the municipal and county levels. The municipal level should take the lead in organizing and coordinating, and the county level should actively participate in the management and protection linkage mechanism; then, the e-ticketing system and hotel catering system of smart scenic spots could be built integrated management cloud platform, big data analysis and statistics, in real-time monitoring of tourism data, data mining analysis, tourism supervision and management, tourism data prediction, etc., comprehensive and real-time display of Chenzhou tourism statistical data and industry index information, to help tourism management departments realize the whole process wisdom in monitoring, early warning, analysis, decision-making, command, evaluation, etc.
In developing mobile phone monitor system and intelligent service, we can start from strengthening the coverage of wireless network system and video surveillance system, improving the service provided by scenic spots and tourists based on WeChat mobile or client system, and increasing the training of intelligent travel service personnel. For example, official account of scenic spots is promoted by people's public number, and self scanning is carried out in scenic spots by two-dimensional code. We can create official account to promote the scenic spots, carry out two-dimensional code scanning, self help voice guide, shopping, and ticket purchase in the scenic area. With the mainstream media such as newspapers and TV, as support backstage, we will take WeChat, Tiktok, Kuaishou, micro live broadcasting and other media and network platforms as the front, combine various kinds of online and offline festivals to build multi-dimensional intelligent marketing, and achieve "Internet +" tourist lines in series to conduct precise marketing for tourists.
