Qingshanlong Water Conservancy Scenic Area was rated as national water scenic area in 2015, and Qingshanlong Reservoir was rated as one of the Beautiful Lakes or Rivers in Hunan Province. Qingshanlong boasts green mountains, blue sky, fresh air and clear water. When looking down from the sky, Qingshanlong and Longtan Reservoirs are like a soaring dragon and a flapping phoenix. 

 

In 2021, as a key transportation transfer station and a temporary landing point, Qingshanlong Water Conservancy Scenic Area was listed in Two-year Action Plan for Chenzhou’s General Aviation Development (2021-2022). 

 

Guangxi Shenghaimeng Investment Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise founded in Nanning City, capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in Southern China. It mainly invests in construction, electronic products, finance, tourist resorts, hotels and restaurants, agriculture and forestry, etc., with a wide range of partners.

 

The both sides promise to keep the bottom line of ecological environment in the development and construction of Qingshanlong Water Conservancy Scenic Area, and plan to invest 8.6 billion yuan to build such projects as boutique homestay inns, comprehensive rural leisure ecological resort, aviation sightseeing base, and study and practice base.

 

They will strive to integrate the tourism resources in central China within three to five years to jointly create a national 5A scenic spot, and build a well-known resort in central China and even in the country.
