The hotel, invested and built by Chenzhou Development Investment Co., Ltd, is located in Longnv Hot Spring Scenic Spot, with an area of 250,000 square meters and a construction area of 35,000 square meters.

 

It has 6 detached villas, 121 suites (rooms) including garden view rooms, mountain view rooms, 7 multi-functional banquet halls with nearly 1,100 seats, and many leisure facilities such as natural hot springs, tennis and squash court, youth football training ground, which is a good place for conference, accommodation, catering, vacation, fitness, hot spring and business.

 

The hotel, together with Wyndham Hotel, the convention and exhibition center, the performance center and Happy Tour in Chenzhou, promote the city’s cultural and tourism industry.

 

Many contracts have been signed during the ceremony. Wugaishan Town in Suxian District signed a contract with Chenzhou Cultural Tourism Industry Co., Ltd for a rural tourism project, and Shizishan village branch in Wugaishan Town signed a contract with Happy Tour in Chenzhou for a camping project.

The project will be constructed in two phases.

 

In the first phase, the rice drying field and wasteland beside the stream will be transformed into a characteristic tent camp, and the idle houses into inns. The tent camp will have 7 functional areas, such as reception center, natural swimming pool, outward bound area, performance area and shower rooms, which totally cover an area of about 11 mu (about 7,333 square meters).

 

In the second phase, residential houses in Shizishan village will be rented to build a village hotel cluster, with the characteristics of "rural wooden house". Meanwhile, “wild luxury wooden houses” in the existing terrace and stream area will be built as homestay inns, which will increase villagers’ income and play an exemplary role in rural revitalization and the construction of beautiful countryside.
