Recently, multiple cultural venues in Hunan province were closed temporarily or suspended offline activities due to epidemic prevention.
Starting from March 20, 2022, Hunan Library will be temporarily closed (including self-service libraries and digital reading area) till further notice. Please pay attention to the updates on the official website, Weibo and Wechat account of Hunan Library.
During this period, online services such as Hunan library website, Wechat account of the library and the digital reading platform are still available for the public. Readers will not pay delay fees caused by shutdown of the library.
Starting from March 18,2022, such activities as training, reservation for exhibition and artistic performances will be suspended in Hunan Cultural Center.
All performances launched in this March in Changsha Concert Hall will be canceled.
All offline activities will be suspended in Changsha Library.
The spring public art training class held by Changsha Mass Art Museum (including community branch schools) was postponed, and the public performances of Changsha Experimental Theater was also put off.
The 24-hour self-service libraries in Xiangtan City will be temporarily closed from March 12, and all offline activities were canceled from March 18 till further notice.
Visitors are required to wear masks, provide green health QR code, and register with their real names before entering the library of Chenzhou City. The library will receive 300 visitors at most and readers are not allowed to enter the library when the number of visitors in it reach 100.
