This is part of the effort of Chenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to make social security cards an “all-purpose card” for residents in terms of transportation, tourism, cultural experience and other aspects.

 

It is also an innovative act of the bureau to improve people’s livelihood and welcome the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference to be held in Chenzhou, as well as a convenience measure to promote the application of the social security card in tourist attractions.

 

At present, the bureau has reached a cooperation intention with such scenic spots as Suxian Ridge (Wanhuayan) Scenic Area, Longnyu Hot Spring Scenic Area, Tiantang Hot Spring and Wuzhi Peak Scenic Area of Mangshan Mountain. Citizens can get a 10% to 20% discount on tickets with their third-generation social security cards.

 

In promoting the application of social security cards in tourist attractions, in order not to increase the burden of tourism enterprises, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has actively sought the funds of social security cards from the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to purchase relevant systems and provide them for tourism enterprises for free use.

 

In the next step, it will seek funds from superior authorities to build a “one card access” cultural tourism management platform and the WeChat mini-program reservation platform, in a bid to realize the functions of booking, purchasing and checking tickets by the third-generation national social security card (including electronic version) in the scenic areas above A-level in Chenzhou as soon as possible.
