After about 40 minutes, the train arrived at Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area, where tourists walked through the rope bridge and climbed the mountain, as well as took photos. Gaoyi Ridge is one of the popular cultural tourism attractions in Chenzhou. While marveling at the precipitous Gaoyi Ridge, they also gave a thumps-up to the rich natural resources of Chenzhou.

 

 

“This is my first trip to Chenzhou and I’m deeply impressed by the picturesque Gaoyi Ridge,” said Chen Falang, a visitor from Anhui Province.

 

On the morning of April 17, Chenzhou City also welcomed another “Huayun” special train. The two trains transported more than 1,200 tourists in total for Chenzhou. 

 

During the two-day journey, the tourists have visited some popular scenic areas, such as Gaoyi Ridge, Fenghuang Island, and Dongjiang Lake, fully experiencing the unique charm of Chenzhou.

 

The first special train is operated by Huayun Cultural Tourism Group. Three years ago, focusing on the cultural tourism resources of Chenzhou, Huayun Cultural Tourism Group set Chenzhou as its first stop after negotiating and planning with Hunan Xiaoxiang Red Travel Agency.

 

 

“Tourists from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui are very eager to travel in Chenzhou for its beautiful scenery,” said Wu Dajun who is responsible for the operation of the special train. 

 

Li Cheng, Chairman of Hunan Xiaoxiang Red Travel Agency, said that in order to assist Chenzhou in hosting the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference, they also want to promote Chenzhou to the world, so that more people can fall in love with Chenzhou, and come to Chenzhou for sightseeing.

 

As the host city of the Second Hunan Tourism Development Conference, Chenzhou is comprehensively promoting infrastructure construction, improving the quality of tourism services, and introducing a series of policies to support the development of the tourism industry.
