Many citizens brought their families and children to the rice paddies where lobsters are raised, and experienced the pleasure of baiting and fishing lobsters themselves. At the same time, a number of catering companies launched cooking competitions using lobster as an ingredient.

 

 

Taking advantage of the lobster breeding industry in Xiaowan Village, this festival   allowed tourists to experience lobster fishing, shelling, cooking, tasting and painting, which will help enhance the popularity and influence of the local lobster breeding industry, as well as expand the lobster breeding industry, so as to further promote rural revitalization and increase villagers’ income.
