The group took a boat tour to visit the Cuijiang River Scenic Belt and enjoyed the unique Danxia landform in Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area. They also tasted Qifengdu Fish Rice Noodles while listening to the 75-year-old ICH inheritor Wu Anying talking about the artisan spirit in making the fish rice noodles in the Chenzhou ICH historical block. In addition, they went to the Lianxi Academy at Ailian Lake to experience Zhou Dunyi’s theory, and watched the performances of Hunan Kunqu Opera Troupe.

During this year’s May Day holiday, the number of visitor reception and ticket revenue of Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area both ranked among the top ten in Hunan. As the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference is around the corner, all preparatory work in Suxian District has entered a crucial stage.
