The county government introduced the “Implementation Plan for Improving Tourism Consumption Environment in Yizhang County” and launched 12 tasks.

 

These tasks include making a negative list, marking the price of all goods clearly, creating a table of Yizhang cuisine, selecting a number of demonstration units, building a volunteer service team, drawing a tourism map, implementing a kind of gentle law enforcement, establishing a cultural tourism association, strengthening a tour guide team, issuing an open letter, lighting a cultural card, and sending cultural tourism benefits.

 

“Internet-famous scenic spots require long-term mechanisms and high-quality services to stay popular for a long time and catch continuous attention for high-quality development,” said an official Yin Xudong. 

 

 

He believes that in order to turn online traffic into real benefits, not only supporting facilities and public services need to be in place, but also much more work need to be done meticulously in upgrading tourism, constantly enhancing the sense of experience, participation and integration of tourists.

The implementation of the 12 tasks has achieved significant results from the current perspective,” said Cheng Lixia, director of the Culture, Tourism, Broadcasting and Sports Bureau of Yizhang County, adding that during the past week of this summer vacation, the number of tourists in Yizhang has reached a new record high of 281,000, bringing a comprehensive tourism income of 290 million yuan.
