During the event, representatives of overseas Chinese media and central media related to overseas Chinese from over 30 countries and regions, and overseas Chinese leaders and businessmen from Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Zambia and other countries came to Mangshan Mountain for inspection and interview.

 

 

Mangshan Mountain boasts the largest native evergreen broad-leaf forest in the southeast of China. It is a national nature reserve, a national geological park, a national youth nature education green camp, a national science popularization education base, a national AAAA level scenic area, and the largest national forest park in Hunan Province.

 

With the vegetation coverage rate of 99.08 %, Mangshan Mountain also has 2,659 vascular bundle plants, 411 vertebrates, and the rare Mangshan Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus.
