Jinxianzhai Mountain has an altitude of 1,250 meters, with Linsen Village in Jinjiang Town to the southeast, Heye Township in Guiyang County to the west, and Datang Township in Beihu District to the north.

 

 

On the mountain, there is a huge stone like a giant Buddha lying on his back and looking up to the sky. It’s over 300 meters high from head to chin, and over 200 meters wide for the head, and is 3,000 meters long for the whole. It has clear facial features, three times larger than the Leshan Giant Buddha in Sichuan province. It is a world-famous natural wonder in the southern Hunan.
