Workers are busy in the decoration of special stands in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

The first South Hunan International Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair will be opened soon. How about the exhibition arrangement and preparatory work going on in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center? On November 25, 2013, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited the construction site of the center and required that closer attention should be placed on the details of safety, service and effectiveness to ensure the trade fair to be fulfilled successfully.

Xiang led some principals of relative departments checked the construction work of outdoor square of the center when they arrived there. Followed with the planning, the functional zones as parking lot, greening area, etc. have been divided. Some green workers and constructors were busy with the final mop-up work on the site. Xiang checked the areas one by one and asked to place more attention on the improvement of some details to grant future large outdoor exhibition s with enough space.

When Xiang and his team arrived at the indoor exhibition halls, Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou city’s exhibition booths were under the final processes. Chenzhou exhibition area which is decorated with a image of a great hawk with spreading wings attracted the team members eyes’greatly. The exhibition areas for all other 11 districts and counties of Chenzhou city were decorated with local features and industrial undertaking transfer characteristics. According to the time schedule, all the exhibition arrangement work would be finished in November 26 and placed to operation after final approval.

A brief on-site working conference was held afterward when Xiang and his team finished their investigation of the construction site. Xiang stated that with the best efforts of all staffs, the construction of Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was finished its construction work with an amazing speed. South Hunan International Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair is the largest exhibition undertaken by Chenzhou city on its history. All the staffs should pay closer attention to check the details of the preparatory work and solve the problems at the soonest time to present a best image of Chenzhou city to the attendants.

Xiang also required that some work as treatment of surrounding environment, city management, security, etc. should be handled out well. Furthermore, much more attention should be placed on the safety, service and effectiveness.
