It was introduced by the constructors of Yongxing section of Chenyong avenue that T beam for Jinli bridge can be finished within 8 days. The reporters were informed that it would be capable to drive through Chenyong avenue in half an hour at the end of this December.

The 9.3kms long Yongxing section of Chenyong avenue was covered with 1.05 billion yuan budget investment. It was launched in last March. Till now, finishing work, graded gravel layer, water stable layer and 6kms asphalt surface have been fulfilled. Main project of Shanglu bridge has completed as well and opened to public accordingly. The right hand side’s decoration and pavement are about to be finished for Jinli bridge.

In order to make sure Chenyong avenue to be opened to public on December 26, 2013, a “time schedule for ‘one-hundred-day campaign’ of Yongxing section of Chenyong avenue” was figured out by the headquarters of Yongxing section project. Detailed division s of project items and tasks and relative responsibilities for different departments were figured out on the schedule. An inverted time limit was worked out on the basis of the schedule to forcefully implement the work, solve the problems and ensure the smooth development of the project.

It was introduced by Chen Guoyong- Vice Commander of the headquarters of Yongxing section project that a “three-zero”policy as zero barrier for project construction, zero interference for progress of project, and zero tolerance for cadres’ responsibility was handled out for this project. Furthermore, strict accountability mechanism was carried out in Yongxing county to promote this project’s progress.
