Chenzhou Culture and Arts Center is running for the selection of architectural design schemes

It was learned that a large cultural activities center- Chenzhou Culture and Arts Center would be constructed soon. It was planned to be built with concert hall, art gallery, science and technology museum, etc.. According to the planning, the center would be built in Baishui area of Chenzhou east new district with about 50.000 square meters, which would be a new landmark of this district.

On March 5, 2013, invited by Chenzhou Planning Bureau, Yang Jianjue and four other renowned experts evaluated the architectural design schemes of Chenzhou Culture and Arts Center (including concert hall and other four halls). After listening to the report prepared by the three bidding architects and carefully checking the design documents, the experts listed their reasonable opinions and suggestions with account for the function, economy, ecology, and continuity of the building, which were great helpful for selecting a high level design scheme of Chenzhou Culture and Arts Center.
