To ensure the good start of first quarter by fully implementing the spirit of “two sessions”

Due to the micro economy condition, more downward pressure of economy was undertaken by economic improvement of Chenzhou. On March 20, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City took an investigation on some key projects and enterprises. Qu asked that all the enterprises should fully implement the spirit of “two sessions”to promote the improvement of key projects and enterprises and ensure a good start of first quarter of 2013.

When arrived at the construction site of Chenzhou International Exhibition and Convention Center, workers were busy in erecting the steel structure of main body to ensure the fulfillment of the project on time. According to the time schedule, all the main body projects should be finished at the end of June and the center should be opened to public at the end of August.

After learning details of this project, Qu pointed out as a key platform of Chenzhou undertaking industrial transfer and exhibition economy, it should be developed to be top level sample project with high quality.

Next stop for Qu’s investigation trip was Yuteng Non-ferrous Metal Co., Ltd. which hit a sales income of 1.35 billion yuan , up 20% in first two months of 2013. Recently, the company was busying in the technological renovation work and 0.4 million tons of lead & zinc smelting relocation project. As introduced by the principal of this company, it would work hard on fulfill the annual sales target of 8 billion yuan and strive to higher level of 10 billion yuan.

Qu encouraged the principal that though high downward pressure was for micro economy, the enterprise should keep confident to improve with the favorable policies and economic fundamentals. In order to promote the further improvement of Yuteng Non-ferrous Metal Co., Ltd as the top level non-ferrous company in China, structure adjustment, transformation development, technological renovation, comprehensive utilization of resources, capital operation and other work should be upgraded well by the company. Qu also expressed his high expectation on the company’s further contribution on the development of Chenzhou society and economy.
