Main projects are for improving well-being, city function and environment conditions

It was learned from Chenzhou Housing Bureau that 19.09 billion yuan would be invested on the central city construction projects in 2013. In the crucial year of “city upgrading”three-year project, the funds will be mainly used for improving well-being, city function and environment conditions of the city.

As listed in the “city upgrading” three-year project, 208 projects with 56.35 billion yuan estimate budget will be placed on central city plan, 19.09 billon yuan among which would be fulfilled in 2013. Concerned for the 208 projects, 91 are new ones with 30.57 billion estimate budget and 117 are continuing ones with 25.78 estimate budget.

71 projects of the 208 ones are municipal financial investment projects.

68 projects with 3.25 billion yuan planned investment are for road construction. Many main roads will be upgraded accordingly to the plans.

44 projects with 5.54 billion yuan planned investment are for the improvement of ecological environment condition and city sceneries.

22 projects with 2.07 billion yuan planned investment are for security housing construction and shanty towns renovation.

51 projects with 2.69 billion yuan planned investment are for public services and facilities improvement.
7 projects with 1.12 billion yuan planned investment are for market construction and renovation.
