Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated Chenzhou High-tech Development Zone. Qu stated that industrial economy of the park was the key point for further promotion of industrial economy of Chenzhou city, so all the departments should work together to solve the problems hindered the way of the park’s further development to promote its improvement and the transformation & upgrading of Chenzhou economy.

Just the first two months of 2013, Chenzhou High-tech Development Zone fulfilled 6.255 billion yuan technology trade income, 4.443 billion yuan industrial output value, 564 million yuan fixed capital investment, $ 220 million import and export value, 89.94 million yuan fiscal income, 620 million yuan paid-in domestic investment and $ 33.66 million foreign investment. Compared with last year, technology trade income, paid-in foreign investment funds, fixed capital investment, and tax revenue were gained different growth as 4%, 19%, 37% and 27%.

After investigating some projects and enterprises of the park, Qu Hai and some principals of the departments answered the questions listed by the enterprises in the following symposium.

Concerned for the economic development of the park, Qu pointed out that great efforts should be paid by all departments to solve the problems hindered on the way of the further development of the enterprises. Project construction, service industry, development condition, attraction of investment, industry and park upgrading and other points concerned for the further development of the park should be highlighted as well.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Qu with the trip.
