Xiang Lili investigated the construction sites of Chenzhou city’s key projects

Recently, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated the construction sites of Chenzhou city’s key projects, such as Suxianling Blessing Square, relocation of Bus Station, Chenyong Avenue, etc.. Xiang stressed that all departments should work together to fight for fulfilling the projects with first class level.

Blessing Square: both construction period and quality demands should be met well

As all Chenzhou people did, Xiang Lili takes much attention on the development of Blessing Square project.

After learning that the key problem hindered on the way of the further construction of the square was the relocation of underground utilities, Xiang placed the instruction to hold the on-site working conference with the departments concerned about this issue and find the solution on time.

“All the work should be concentrated on the promotion of projects. The decoration work of the buildings surrounded the square should be carried out at well. All the departments should work together to fight for meeting both construction period and quality demands.” said Xiang.

Relocation of Bus Station: it was responsible for all the departments to meet the demands of people.

On May 3, 2013, new Bus Station was placed to operation. All the lines and buses operated there were moved to the transition bus station temporarily.
How to guarantee that people can take the bus conveniently in this transition bus station? To find the answer to such kind of question, Xiang checked the bus station’s operation condition, even the public toilets.

As stated by Xiang that though it was the transition bus station, all the work should be carried out as the formal station to make sure people would satisfy with the work.

Xiang also required that the infrastructure construction, environmental condition, order of station, etc. should be upgraded as well to provide the best service to people.

Chenyong Avenue: it should be fulfilled with first class level quality and fast speed

Chenyong Avenue was the main project of Chenzhou transportation construction. To check more details of this project progress, Xiang visited Yongxing county, Zixing county, Suxian district and Chenzhou Export Processing Zone (Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park).

Xiang stated on the on-site working conference that Chenyong Avenue should be fulfilled with first class quality and fast speed. He also stressed that all the departments should work together to ensure the avenue can be opened to public at the end of this year.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Xiang with this investigation.
