It was learned from the key project office of Chenzhou city that 109 key municipal projects were confirmed with a total investment of 124.4 billion yuan, 35.9 billion yuan of which were annual planned investment.

Concerned for the 109 key municipal projects, 80 were new ones with a total investment of 71.8 billion yuan, 25 billion yuan annual plan investment and 29 were continued construction ones with a total investment of 52.6 billion yuan, 10.9 billion yuan annual plan investment. Besides these confirmed projects, there are 20 alternative projects with a total investment of 52.8 billion yuan,4.9 billion yuan annual plan investment.

It was introduced by the principal of key project office of Chenzhou city that the office will further strengthen service function to support the construction of key projects. At the meantime, more propaganda work will be carried out to inspect and optimize the key projects operation condition.

It was learned that in order to effectively promote the construction of key projects, Chenzhou city government would scheduling the key projects every quarter principally. Temporary strengthening schedule would be handled if necessary. Furthermore, the key project office of Chenzhou will work together with some relative departments to inspect the projects to ensure their progress.
