It was learned from the promotion conference of establishment of national sanitary city that all street markets would be banned in Chenzhou city before June 1, 2013.

In order to strengthen the management of environment and sanitary condition of central urban area and promote the establishment work of national sanitary city, a strict retreatment work was carried out by Chenzhou government that all the street markets would be banned before June 1, 2013. At the meantime, some uncivilized behaviors which would affect Chenzhou city image would be fined strictly. Public security policemen, city management servants, traffic policemen, etc. would be dispatched to check the retreatment work to make sure all the rules can be followed well.
