It was reported that Mobilization Conference of Ecological Civilization Construction & Promotion Conference for Establishment of National Forest City was held in Beihu District on November 4, 2013. It was purposely to deliver and implement the spirit of Chenzhou Mobilization Conference of Ecological Civilization Construction & Promotion Conference for Establishment of National Forest City and lay out the specified arrangement of construction and establishment work.

Besides the review of the work handled out in 2013, some requirements were figured out on the conference accordingly. It was stated that all the departments should pay much attention on the construction and establishment work to build a green Beihu district and promote the upgrading of industrial transfer and environment treatment in urban and rural areas. Furthermore, it was required that specified targets and key points should be figured out to promote the comprehensive treatment work on upgrading of the urban area’s environment condition. It was also stated that sound organization work should be handled out well to implement the working arrangements and make sure all targets to be fulfilled

The relative units and departments of the counties, towns, streets and districts submitted their “2013-2015 ecological construction liability form” and “2014 forest fire prevention liability form” on the conference as well.
