Exhibition overview

With the approval of the Provincial people's Government, Hunan Agricultural Committee and Chenzhou Government plans to jointly hold the 2017 Hunan (Chenzhou) 3rd Agricultural Products Expo at the Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from December 1st to 5th after the approval of the Provincial People's Government. The agricultural expo will be undertaken jointly by the Provincial Agricultural Commission Market Information Office, Chenzhou Municipal Agricultural Commission, Chenzhou City Investment Company, Beihu District People's Government and Suxian District People's Government.

Theme and planning of the exhibition

The expo with the theme of the "characteristics, exchanges, brands and cooperation" will take the "government promotion and market operation" as the principle to display the famous, distinctive and brand agricultural products, and scientific and technological achievements, and focus on the business and project investment negotiations. There are 41 special pavilions and 1000 standard booths with a total area of 48000 square meters. A strict admission system for the exhibitors will be implemented to ensure the quality of the products and the safety of the exhibition.

Theme activities

1. Launching Ceremony

Time: December 1st

Venue: South Square, Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The relevant leaders of Provincial government and Provincial Agricultural Commission (Department), prefectural and municipal leaders, guests, experts, scholars, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan related associations, representatives of international exhibitors, exhibitors and purchasers. News media, farmers, citizens and other people from all walks of life will be invited.

2. China (Chenzhou) Tea Industry Summit Forum and Chenzhou Fu Tea Promotion

Time: December 1st

Venue: Convention centre of Wyndham Hotel

Contents: The relevant provincial and municipal leaders, representatives of relevant units, experts and scholars, association representatives, representatives of tea enterprises, mainstream media reporters and so on will be invited to discuss the present situation and future development of tea industry in our city and promote the Chenzhou Fu Tea brand.

3. Investment Project Signing Ceremony

Time: December 2nd

Venue: Multiple-function hall of Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The municipal leaders, heads of relevant municipal departments, government leaders of counties and cities, representatives of projects, mainstream media reporters and so on will be invited to sign contracts for agricultural and rural investment projects.

4. Agriculture-wholesale Market Docking Activities

Time: December 2nd

Venue: Multi function hall of Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The municipal leaders, heads of relevant departments, leaders of municipal and county governments, representatives of exhibitors, domestic wholesale market leaders, mainstream media reporters and so on will be invited. The domestic wholesale markets will have a zero - distance contact with local businesses to achieve effective purchasing intentions.

5. "Top 10" Award Activities

Time: December 5th

Venue: Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The results of 5 "Top 10" selection activities will be published and hold the award ceremony.

6. Award Commendation Activities

Time: December 5th

Venue: Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: "The most popular brands of agricultural products", "The most popular pavilion" and "County and city excellent organization award" and other prizes will be awarded and hold the awards and commendation ceremonies.

7. The Beautiful Countryside Stage

Venue: Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The regional cultural performances of beautiful countrysides will be held in the beautiful rural exhibition area, showing the rural development histories, beautiful countrysides and so on in the form of dramas.

8. "Searching in Chenzhou" Award-winning Games

Time: December 1st-5th

Venue: Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

Contents: The "Searching in Chenzhou" Award-winning Games will be held during the period of the expo. The participants receive game passwords at the reception desk with tickets and receive exquisite gifts with a collection of passwords.
