As you can see from above picture, the construction workers were busy with the final mop-up construction for Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 11, 2013.

Along with the removal of scaffoldings, the beautiful Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was finally presented to the public on November 11, 2013.
The exhibition arrangement issues can be handled out in the same day as well.

In the morning, an investigation team consisted with staffs from Hunan Province Construction Corporation, Hunan Convention and Exhibition Center, Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment Center carried out a brief on-site delivery inspection. Pan Chenhua- Deputy Secretary and Director of Party Group of Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment Center said: “followed with the agreement, the center should be delivered for arranging exhibition before November 10, 2013. It has met preliminary demands for further arrangement under the on-site delivery inspection.”

When reporters arrived in the afternoon of the construction site, workers were busy in installing the devices, clearing floors, etc. And some staffs from advertising agencies were handling the on-site checking issues to prepare for setting up the booths and advertisements.

It was stated by Zhou Gang- Deputy General Manager of Hunan Convention and Exhibition Center that after the on-site survey, it was capable for the second floor of this center to start the preliminary exhibition arrangement work as functional area construction, advertisement installation, testing of equipments, etc. But the formal booth layout would be carried out after November 2013.

In order to accelerate the improvement of this project, Hunan Province Construction Corporation- the construction party of this center organized a lot of manpower and materials to fight for it. It was introduced by Liao Rongren- Deputy Director of Engineering Department of Xiangshan Investment Company that more than 1000 workers were organized to handle the construction issues in the peak time. Currently, a tense time schedule was still followed by the about 800 workers to handle the final mop-up details.

Luo Hongyan- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce said, Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is the main venue for South Hunan International Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair. Followed with the time schedule, the second floor of this center should be fully delivered on November 20, 2013. 3 main exhibition halls, 11 special booths, and 400 standard booths will be set there to greet all the visitors.
