When reporters arrived at the south square of Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, a 7.8 meters high and 18 meters long Ruyi sculpture had been set there to present a unique image of the center. It was introduced by Huang Jin- Director of Chenzhou Landscaping Office that the decoration of this sculpture would be finished on around November 25, 2013.

Besides the sculpture, some umbrella-shape trees were placed along the sides of the south square. 106 cars lots and 20 cart lots were facilitated there as well. One of the staff of the construction site said to the reporters that they would finish the parking lot work within one day.

Reporters walked around the center, no matter south square or main entrance or other places of the center were full of the hardworking workers to carry out the decoration work of the final stage. On the other hand, the security work was strengthened recently, and it was introduced that it would be further enhanced when the exhibition starts.

When the reporters stepped into the hall of the center, they saw three divisions were set in the 30,000 square meters hall. The central part was the special exhibition stand of Hunan province which would be placed with some special Hunan style things there.

The east part was for the 400 standard booths of Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou city with around 10 square meters area of each. Blue, green and orange color of the flag specified the different zones of the three cities separately. Zhou Gang- Vice General of Hunan Convention and Exhibition Center said to the reporters, 144 booths are for Chenzhou city, while Hengyang and Yongzhou city are with 90 booths, and rest 76 ones are for Hunan provincial comprehensive booths.

Some of the exhibitors were busy in handling out the decoration of their booths on that day. As introduced by principals of some booths, they were trying to highlighting the unique characteristics of their product by the decoration and attract more visitors and investment, so every detail would be paid great attention on.

The west part was for the special booths part. It was introduced by Zhou Gang that 7 of the 15 special booths have been finished. According to the time schedule, the exhibitors of the special booths would start on November 24,2013 and finish in the morning of November 26, 2013.

In the north gate of the center, some accessories as grass walls were under the final installment stage. All staffs were working hard and actively on it.

It was introduced by a principal of the project that in order to make sure all the preparation work to be fulfilled on time, more than 300 workers were dispatched to the construction site every day. All of them were confident to grant Hunan Undertaking Industrial Undertaking Transfer Trade Fair with best image.
