Zhou Yingchun- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Department investigated the tourism industry development condition of Suxian district

It was reported that Zhou Yingchun- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Department investigated the tourism industry development condition of Suxian district recently. Zhou led a team of principals of Chenzhou Forestry Bureau, Chenzhou Tourism Bureau and some other departments visited Wugaishan International Hunting Field and learned the details condition of Suxian district tourism development. Zhou urged relative departments to solve the problems hindered on the way of its further development.

Suxian district was famous as “most beautiful landscape of south Hunan”. Focusing on “city in the forest and leisure city”, Suxian district took great efforts to promote the tourism industry. 1.87 million visitors traveled Suxian district in 2013, contributing 1.405billion yuan tourism comprehensive income to the district, up 20.1% and 19.3% respectively.

Zhou traveled around Wugaishan International Hunting Field and asked some more details about its current condition. Zhou stated that this field was a nice travel name card of Suxian district, so relative departments should pay more supports on it and help to solve all the problems without delay, especially on the support of its establishment of national forest park.

A symposium was held afterward. Zhou pointed out that more perfect great tourism plan and great tourism projects should be figured out by the district. More scientific technologies should be applied to the preliminary plans. Zhou also emphasized more attention should be paid to forge the great tourism brand and upgrade the level and taste of tourism with its unique features. Enhanced propaganda and marketing work should be carried out on the basis of great tourism mechanism. All those were purposely to forge an upgraded version Suxian district’s tourism industry by relying on the great tourism pattern.
