It was learned from the matching conference for cooperation between foreign trade enterprise and bank & the promotion conference of Huaxia Bank’s international business product that 1.8 billion yuan intention cooperation agreements were signed by Huaxia Bank Chenzhou Branch and 19 enterprises of Chenzhou city. All the agreements were concerned for international businesses. Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference.

Some famous enterprises of Chenzhou city such as Hunan Jingui Silver Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuteng Non-ferrous Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Bona Trading Co. Ltd., GOSPELL Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and etc. signed the agreements with Huaxia Bank. 500million yuan agreement was reached between Hunan Jingui Silver Co., Ltd. and Huaxia Bank., which was the biggest amount reached on the conference. As shown by Huaxia Bank, it would provide different financial services for the enterprises, especially on the foreign exchange transaction, international business financing operation, and etc.

A joint mechanism among government, enterprise and bank was explored on the conference as well, which was knee for “government guidance, departments’ supports, financial institutions’ service and enterprises’ credit and development”. According to the mechanism, the government would promote some projects to the banks positively and provide its guidance for the establishment of new style relationship among government, enterprise and bank; the enterprise would present its financing and service demands on the basis of its practical condition; and Huaxia Bank would present some relative financing products and relative financing solutions to the enterprise according to its special demands. It was purposely to promote the further development of foreign trade companies’ international businesses and improve Chenzhou city’s open economy by handling this new mechanism.
