Releasing more benefits of reform to be the new advantages of investment attraction

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investment attraction team to visit Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Qingdao, and etc. from August 14-16, 2014.

Qu and his team firstly came to Qianhaiwan Shenzhen- Hong Kong modern service industry cooperation zone of Shenzhen city. Qu required that "Qianhai model" should be studied to be used for Chenzhou city's innovations on talents and enterprises attraction and improve Chenzhou city's investment attraction and economic development condition. High level planning and construction of industrial parks should be kept to establish more green and ecological industrial parks.

Jewelry industry was one of the key concerns for their investigation. Over 300 jewelry processing companies gathered in Shenzhen Baofu Lilang jewelry and cultural industrial park. Qu sincerely invited the principal of the park to visit Chenzhou city. Qu said due to the abundant jewelry resources explored in Chenzhou city, such as Linwu Tongtian jade, Xianghua jewelry, and different species of mineral crystals, Chenzhou city was with sound advantages to develop the jewelry industry. Qu expressed his willing to welcome more jewelry merchants to settle their businesses in Chenzhou city and improve the jewelry industry of Chenzhou city together.

When Qu and his team visited Dongguan Delta Electronics, the principal of the company greatly appreciated Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government's supports placed on the development of its Chenzhou branch. The principal also stated that it would keep increasing the investment in Chenzhou city in future. As introduced by the principal, the company was on the process to transfer the fans production line to Chenzhou city. Qu confirmed that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government would keep the high level service for the company and support its improvement.

Wangxian ecological small town which was invested by Agile Real Estate Company has been started. Qu stated that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government would keep providing sound construction for the project when he attended the symposium with the principal of the company. The principal also expressed his confidence to fulfill the project with high quality with the supports of local government.

Qu and his team visited Southern Rare and Precious Metals Exchange Shenzhen Branch, Pengfeng Autos, Jinkang Photoelectricity, Huanan International Industrial Material City, and some other companies.

Qu introduced Chenzhou city's great achievements on economic and social development, especially on deepening reform in recent years. He stated that Chenzhou city would keep the advanced pace on the reforms of commercial registration, administrative approval, and etc. to release more benefits of reform and to be the new advantages of investment attraction. It was aimed to become one of the cities with the minimized administrative approval issues, highest efficiency, lowest charges, and best service condition in Hunan province, which was purposely to attract more enterprises to visit Chenzhou city.

After finishing the investigation trip in Guangdong province, Qu Hai met Huang Kexing- CEO of Tsingtao Beverage Joint Stock Company and some other senior executives in Qingdao city on August 16, 2014. Both two parties stated their willings to keep further cooperation and promote the improvement of Tsingtao Beverage( Chenzhou) Company, especially its production and marketing capacity. It aimed to reach the production capacity of 200,000tons in 3-5 years. Huang said Tsingtao beverage would place more investment on Chenzhou company and would try to forge it to be a special industrial tourism project with the functions of production, tourism, and leisure.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Qu with this investigation.
